Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (TEDP) is for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech-impaired or have difficulty communicating on the telephone. The equipment distributed to eligible individuals in Alaska is the Ultratec Miniprint 425 TTY model with direct connect line, turbo code, auto-answer and printer features.
